Introduction The Bridge Wrocław - MGallery by Sofitel Miasto: Wrocław Numer referencyjny: SMC/0219/MG/WRO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees and direct all aspects of the revenue management and pricing policy (covering the front office & reservation department) in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s policy and customer’s needs. Analyse room revenue and put in place the right strategy to increase revenue and optimize the share in the market Is responsible for ensuring on daily basis that all RM processes in the hotel are implemented according to strategies discussed and take into consideration the updated planning of the distribution channel activities, changing market strategy trends and Hotel General Manager and brand recommendations Implementing, forecasting and planning – develops future strategies Supports operation in defining the revenue strategy of the hotel Analyses the revenue and the performance of the hotels Analyses the performance of the business segments SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Min. 3 years of experience in hospitality sector in the department of reservations, sales or revenue Practical knowledge of distribution channels Knowledge of revenue management tools is considered as an important advantage Master or Bachelor degree (finance, economy or management preferred) MISSION The RM will join The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery by Sofitel team in Wroclaw and will be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenues of the hotel and effective use of revenue management tools in order to enhance revenues and optimize turnover. The RM will take part in creating price strategy of the hotels, plan and forecast the revenue performance of the hotels. PERSONALITY AND SKILLS Excellent analytical and communication skills Proactive and result oriented approach English language fluency Advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel proficiency RM DIM | RM PRO certificate would be an asset
